Urban Outfitters has always been a secret weapon of mine...for inexpensive home decor items. Every now and again I would find a shirt or necklace that wasn't too "20 year-old-art-school-student", but I will admit it has been a while.However, this younger sibling to Anthropologie has grown up a little. I got a catalog in the mail yesterday and was fascinated with this picture. Mind you, she seems to be missing some pants, but aside from that, this new mom loves this look and loves the utilitarian rainboots. And since the forecast is for rain, I might just have to go and take a look.
